The Japanese-American Museum, JAM-sj, has been selected by the State Cultural & Historic Commission for a matching grant to construct its new facility. The new building will be located on the same N. Fifth Street site as the existing Museum and will be a two story Japanese farm house motif. Construction, approximately 75% complete has been halted, pending resumption of state funding.
Following the successful opening of Tierra Encantada in 2007, the next phase was constructed. Tierra Encantada Townhouses are 12 “for sale” attached dwellings located behind the main project on Tierra Encantada Way. Completed in 2008
