CLTC is a small “off Broadway” playhouse that desires to keep its low key image by playing in a warehouse type space.  This facility is the former smith & McKay printing plant located on the remote edge of the San Pedro square redevelopment project.  The 11,000 sf building with mezzanine is laid out nicely for a main theater and a rehearsal space. Exterior modifications are minimal and consist mainly of a new marquee/portal entrance to the new lobby.  Fund-raising is currently underway.
