MBA architects objective for garden theater was to rejuvenate the facades and upgrade the image of this prominent building on Lincoln avenue. Colors were revised and details were added to the niches. Tile colors changed, existing signage was modified and new canopy signs were added. the neon lighting was repaired and enhanced, storefronts were made uniform, and display windows opened to shop interiors.
