The project consists of a total of 37 individual dwellings (detached homes) on 2.7 acres. The pattern provides rear driveway entrances to the house which, for the mostpart, front on the City streets. All houses have private yards in front. The buildings are two and three stories tall, with 3 and 4 bedroom plans averaging about 2,200 SF. The design of the project has been approached with an attempt to present the buying public with a contemporary choice in the residential market place.
