This 8,600 sf addition completed the master plan for an existing shopping center.
We created retail space for five new tenants in the new Type III (wood and masonry) construction addition. We provided tenant improvement services to the yogurt shop. Site work included parking, drives, planters and landscaping, and handicap access. Client: F&M Land Co.
